- 1 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts or almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Blend oats into flour if using whole oats.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.

Pour batter and cook each side for 1–2 minutes.

Serve warm.
